Our sleep journal was designed to be an everyday journal that can be used before bed to help you sleep. This beautiful journal becomes a planner by day. As a mum and a business owner my lifestyle left me sleep deprived and anxious. After countless research I discovered journaling to help resolve anxiety and assist in creating a better frame of mind for good sleep. What I wanted didn’t exist, so I designed one myself. I hope you love it as much as I do!
This journal includes custom worded and lined pages for the following:
- to-do list for tomorrow to ease middle of the night anxiety, “I would wake and not get back to sleep as I was too busy thinking of all the things that would need my attention tomorrow, now I just write them down before I sleep”
