    I was always told, that if you want to have a good sleep, you must drink a warm glass of milk, before going to bed. Does it work?

      This one is likely to be mostly old wives tale. But, on the other hand, it’s not that surprising that warm milk would be calming to people who were soothed with milk as a baby. My theory is always if it works for you, then do it! For a better alternative to plain milk try golden milk – here is our recipe:
